1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept PayPal (including 6% fee), Zelle, bank transfers, checks and cash.

2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT

• A deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your booking.

• Deposits must be paid at the time of booking via PayPal (including 6% fee), Zelle, bank transfer,

checks and cash.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip or prior to departure.

• Payment can be made by PayPal (including 6% fee), Zelle, bank transfer, checks or cash.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Customer cancellations: Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to departure will receive a full

refund of the deposit.

• Customer cancellations within 3 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows: Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled trip will be charged the full amount.

5. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

• If we must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to

reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund of any payments made.

6. RESCHEDULING

• Trips may be rescheduled (subject to availability) if requested at least 3 days prior to departure.

Deposits will be applied to the new date.

7. LATE ARRIVALS

• Trips will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced fishing/boating time, and no

refunds or credits will be given.

8. UNPAID BALANCES

• Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the trip without refund of deposit.

• ONE LOVE GUd VIBES CHARTERS reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through collections

or legal means if necessary.
